A new name for the Region PACA
Is the region PACA going to change name? With the long name our region is not rather recognizable according to Michel Vauzelle president of the region. He he makes so a public consultation on internet with the inhabitants of the region, they have until July 31 to send their propositron and to find a new name.
Archaeological discovery in Provence
Another rare archaeological discovery in Arles. The waterworks of the city found a sarcophagus by digging a trench. It seems that this discovery is rare. Indeed this double sarcophagus is dated IV-th century after J-C and precious thing bears inscription.
Vaucluse against GMO farming
On April 17th, the General Council of Vaucluse chaired by Claude Haut, elected socialist, voted for a department without GMO farming. This proposition was adopted in 17 votes on 24, with the aim of protecting a department which considered as " the orchard of France ".
Roquemaure celebrate the Holy Valentin
