La Fontaine de Faucon

An ideal place

Fontaine de Faucon is set in the heart of the "Parc Naturel Regional du Lubero"n, within walking distance of the beautiful hill village of Goult.

The house has five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms or shower rooms, including a family suite. All are south facing, over looking an enclosed courtyard. Breakfast is either served in the large vaulted kitchen or in the courtyard and the hosts' table dinner is served in the vaulted dining room. There is a large bright west sitting room opening onto a west facing terrace.

The swimming pool is set on a terrace which gets the sun all day, but has ample shade for those wishing to escape the sun. The house is surrounded by cherry orchards, vineyards and woodlands but is only a short walk from Goult which has an atmospheric French bar/café and a choice of good restaurants.

Goult is within a one hour drive from both Marseille and Nimes airports and 40 minutes from the TGV station at Avignon.
La Fontaine de Faucon is in the centre of the other well known Luberon villages of Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes and Roussillon. The area offers wonderful scenery, well marked walks, sporting activities, bustling markets and good restaurants. It is also a good base for visits to Aix en Provence, Arles, Avignon, Le Pont du Gard and the Gorge de Verdon and many other Provence destinations.

Rates

The rates include breakfast and prices range from 75 € to 120 € per night. There is a minimum stay of two nights, and for seven nights or longer a 10% discount is applied to the nightly rate.
