Apt is one of the better known villages of the Luberon, and this Luberon villa with pool is centrally placed for visits to the much photographed, picturesque villages of Bonnieux, Lacoste, Menerbes, Gordes and Roussillon. Avignon, famous town of Provence, is 34 miles. There are many summer festivals held throughout the region.

Grounds : Detached house in enclosed grounds. Lawn with a variety of trees and flowers, barbecue and covered poolside terrace. Vine covered dining terrace with small water fountain. Parking within grounds.

A payment on account of 30 % on the rent will be asked during the booking; pay will be received the day of the arrival of the tenants after visit of places. A pledge of 1500 € will be received the day of the arrival of the tenants, and returned to the end of the stay after visit of places if no degradation was noticed.
In the service charges are included: the water, 2 hours of housekeeping by week, the bi-weekly maintenance of the swimming pool, the irrigation of trees and flowers as well as products swimming pool. The linen is supplied: sheets, bathroom linen, sheets of bath...

Rates and availabilities

Rentals go from Saturday till Saturday. Service charges : 100 € by week. Final housekeeping: 150 €. Deposit : 1500 €.
