La Bonbonnière, situated in Apt en Provence, is one of the last fine confectioner's shops of the region and also a renowned chocolate factory established in 1975.

Chocolate, nougat and sugared almonds

Chocolate : A palette of delicious flavours to taste without moderation !

Manon's almonds : candy with unleavened bread and praline-flavoured chocolate delicious mixed with pulp of lemon or orange.

Montdorine : speciality with pulp of mandarin, almond and chocolate. A real delight !

Pebbles from the calavon : delicacies with fruits, chocolate, grilled almonds and nougatine.

Nougat : white, black, with almonds, with bilberry, with lemon, with pistâche and with raspberry either with candied fruits, a vast choice of nougat waits for you. There is also a nougatlisson, a nougat with calisson.

Sugared almonds : for baptisms,weddings and communions, different shapes are coated with sugar. You will have the choice among several sugared almonds.

Candied fruits : In Apt in Provence, world capital of the candied fruit, La Bonbonnière was not able to make the impasse on this speciality. Candied fruits are proposed to you under various forms. You will have the choice between ice-cold candied fruits, strained candied fruits either an assortment of candied fruits with syrup.

Almond paste : natural, filled, coated, from fruit or from vegetable, there are almond pastes for all tastes !
