In a spacious and bright restaurant, the chef, Yoan Wabant, and his team pay tribute to the Provençal flavours through a creative cooking, elaborated from local products, which come for the most part from local producers with whom the inn works for a long time.
Fresh products, meats and poultry farmers, wild fishes, aromatic herbs and delicious olive oil from Maussane, are the base of a delicious cooking.
You can taste these dishes accompanied with exceptional wines, thanks to a very beautiful cellar consisted mainly of Côtes du Luberon and Côtes du Rhône.
