In the heart of the Parc Naturel Regional of the Luberon, a stone´s throw from the provencal village of Bonnieux, this property of six hectares has been in our family since 1861.Discover panoramic views of the Luberon, of Mont-Ventoux and several typical villages nearby. Sample the home-grown delights of each season from our own vegetable garden and orchards.

Au pied du Luberon offers two high-specification rental properties for you to enjoy your holiday, discovering the beautiful Luberon region or just relaxing in the quiet surroundings and the warm Provence sunshine. Our vacation homes opens you its doors all year long. A few days or for a weekend, we call to book off-season.

Le Petit Saint Jean

Follow the cicada´s song along the pathway, and you´ll soon come upon an old stone "magnanerie" petit saint jean (for 4 people). It is situated in the converted attic of the 17th century country house.

Visitors may also use the summer kitchen in the converted sheep barn with its archways for indoor meals. From the private terrace, you are surrounded by the sweet scents and warm colours of Provence. Past the rose garden, follow the bird´s song to the park and breathe in the rock gardens many perfumes.

Relax in the shade of the great cedar trees next to the private swimming pool and marvel at the stunning views of the Luberon hills and he Marquis de Sade´s castle at Lacoste. At sunset, ´petit saint jean´ illuminated gardens will soften the ambiance even more.

Despite the owner´s accomodation next door, your privacy is always our priority.

COSY FURNISHED 100 m² rental property on the first floor including :

A fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, TV, a bathroom (2 sinks, 1 shower), a separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (double bed in each), a summer kitchen (gas cooking table, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer).

Baby bed and high chair available, electric heating, garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue, private parking, private pool (10 x 5 x 1.60).

House linen provided.

RATE / weekly : le Petit Saint Jean, 4 people, from saturday to saturday

General conditions for the two rentals :
- Off-season, any other booking option is possible.
- Prices are tax inclusive. Safety deposit. Animals are not accepted.
- All details concerning the houses are sent when you book.

Le Petit Fontaure

A few steps from our house, over the bridge, the path winds between the vineyard and the orchard. Nature lovers will find ´petit fontaure´ (for 4 people) in a typical provencal setting of "restanque" terrassed grounds and dry-stone walls. Built on an old lavender distillery, it´s authentic 16th Century reservoir has been converted into an beautiful swimming pool.

The gentle flow of the fountain and the cicada´s hum are the only noise as you eat of the terrace next to the old stone washbasin. In the evening, the gardens and terraces are illuminated and the frogs croak lasily in our pond.

To preserve the natural beauty of our property, our streams, fountain and pond are without safety railings. Visitors with young children must use extreme attention and vigilance.

100 m² HOUSE INCLUDING :

A fully equipped kitchen, dining room/living room, a lounge with TV and fire place (wood provided), a bathroom (2 sinks, 1 shower), a separate toilet, two bedrooms with a large double bed in each, a laundry with (washing machine , tumble-dryer).

Central heating, Baby bed and high chair available, garden furniture, parking, private pool (8m diameter x 1.50).

House linen provided.
