Splendid house being able to receive from 6 to 12 persons, in Maubec, village in Provence, near the national parc of the Luberon and the Mont Ventoux.

This house is 230 square meters, the wooden land 3700 square meters and is completely closed, with an automatic gate, a videophone, an entry phone and a car shelter for two cars.

The swimming-pool is 9 meters on 4 and a half, secured by an alarm and shutters on surface, surrounded by a lawn. Also there : a pool-house with toilets and a shower, barbecue, garden furniture and a chalet being able to receive two people.

The house

Bedding : a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (160x200), 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a double bed (140x200 and 160x200), a chalet with view on the swimming pool, a chalet in the wooden part with a double bed (140x200) and 2 bunk beds and a bed settee in the living room.

House fitting : a bathroom on the ground floor, a bathroom on the first floor, toilets on the ground floor and on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a cellar, a living room, a dining room, a terrace near the kitchen facing the swimming pool and a terrace near the living and dining rooms.

For your comfort, your seasonal renting has a chimney, a television, a DVD player, a CD player and Internet. Central fuel oil heating. Air-conditioning on the ground floor. At your disposal too : a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

In "La Ludiane" area...

You can visit villages of the Luberon, the lavender museum, Fontaine de Vaucluse (re-emergence of the Sorgue), Colorado Provençal or Abbaye de Sénanque. Inescapable too, the typical markets of the area. For Nature lovers, you can enjoy pony treks and walks.

The Luberon and the Ventoux areas are wine regions so you will be able to taste good wines.

Less than one hour from La Ludiane : Avignon and "la Cité des Papes", "le Plateau de Sault" and its lavanders, Aix en Provence, Les Alpilles, Marseille and Camargue.

For Golf players, you can go to Saumane, Aix en Provence, Caumont, Orange, Miramas, Salon and les Baux de Provence.

Rates of your accommodation with swimming pool in Provence

These rates include:

- Charges are included except for heating expenses in extra from October 1st to March 31st. (100 euros per week).
